Will dogwifhat Recover? Traders Eye New Solana Airdrop Of Sealana Token

Dogwifhat (WIF), a popular dog-based meme coin, saw significant losses over the past month. The token’s price kept spiraling down throughout June, going from $4 on May 30 to $1.5544 on June 24. 

It was the lowest point for the meme coin in the past 30 days. Besides, it suffered a drop of around 40%. 

However, the last two days have brought some hope for WIF investors. The recent meme coin price recovery allowed dogwifhat to see a price increase. While it wasn’t a major surge, it was still the largest WIF token recovery in the past month. It surged from $1.55 to $2.11.

Since then, it has been corrected to $2 once more. However, this level has become a strong support that prevents WIF from sinking further down. As for what will happen next — it is difficult to say. 

Technical indicators suggest that the price is likely to correct once more, as Bollinger bands have seen a sharp narrowing. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is also dropping from the overbought zone. It is currently in the neutral area with a value of 56.56. 

A solid market-wide rally could push the WIF price back up and reverse the trend. It will likely continue to trade sideways or likely see another drop.

Sealana Wraps Up Presale, But You Can Still Join Before The Airdrop

It might be too early for WIF to see a significant recovery. There are other alternatives in the crypto industry, such as Sealana (SEAL), that should be considered. It is another Solana-based meme coin that just concluded its presale on June 25. 

Since then, the project’s developers announced that the airdrop which will distribute the tokens will take place on July 2. The presale raised $6 million and was not sold out. Therefore, investors interested in joining the project can continue buying SEAL until the airdrop.

Specifically, investors can keep buying SEAL tokens until July 1, at 1 PM UTC. Those who buy until this point will receive their Sealana cryptos, alongside early investors, the next day, July 2. Those who buy SEAL after July 1 at 1 PM UTC will have to wait for the secondary airdrop. Thus, they will receive their meme coins.

The airdrop will take place at 1 PM UTC on July 2. After that, the presale widget on the project’s website will be updated to OTC at a set price. In other words, those seeking to buy SEAL can purchase it directly from its website without going to DEXes. They will also be able to claim their cryptos immediately.

Right now, Sealana investors expect the SEAL price to skyrocket post-launch, as many kept predicting over the past two months that this project will be a major success. Such predictions were made until the end of the presale by major crypto YouTubers, such as Matthew Perry, who has over 223k subscribers.

Whether this will come to pass is still being determined, and no currently available data can help experts predict how big the demand will be post-launch.
